How Do Diseases Form?

Written by Gary Wonning

We often wonder why bad things happen to good people.  Not only does this apply to tragedy which at one time or another affects each and every one of us.

It also applies to disease, we often wonder why many are beset with illness when others seem to escape life with never  been sick a day in their life.

Sometimes life just doesn’t seem to be fair.

As is often been said, there is a reason for everything: and life is fair, we get what we ask for.

When you reincarnate to the physical plane you are vulnerable to low vibration energies. Due to the challenges you had with them in previous lives, you retained traumas caused by those negativities.

In order to increase your vibration and rise above the challenges life presents you, you need to overcome those traumas and vulnerabilities.

Consequently, you bring illnesses or diseases with you to this life as opportunities to grow spiritually and increase your understanding of “yourself”.

What a beautiful definition of illnesses: opportunities to evolve spiritually!  This is something we all should learn as well.

On planet earth, the giant school house of life, we design a life that brings us the opportunity to face our fears and overcome them. That which you fear the most is that which you need to overcome.

On some level of consciousness, we all know that we create our life, we all have free will. Deep down, we all know this, but we often hide it from ourselves because realizing we have brought our hardships on ourself is too big a pill for most to acknowledge. It’s is easier to blame someone else or God. We think God has big shoulders.

There are no short cuts, blaming God or someone else will only prolong the agony, until we each face up to the reality that we all have free will and we choose the life and the challenges we face, the fears and issues will never go away, anything else is just a band aid, and eventually it will rot and fall away, once again exposing the original karma.

At the spiritual level, you know when you come into the physical realm and develop as a human being you are vulnerable, and you will attract a specific type of negative energy. As a result, you fight your own battles and when you prevail, you free yourself from that or those low vibration energies and the symptoms disappear. Your illnesses heal and you have a better life.

There are no accidents in life, we choose our life to resolve issues we may have, once those issues are resolves, our life gets better.  Any illness can be cured, as long as the physical body is still strong enough to survive.

He has observed that many of the forgotten cultures had spiritual beliefs that were stronger than ours in modern times.

In technology, we have made advances far superior to those that came before us, but, we have lagged behind in gaining or maintaining our spiritual knowledge.

For us to advance as the human race, we need to combine the spiritual knowledge of those that came before us, not only that of the ancients but the knowledge of our direct ancestors as well, with the technical knowledge we have today for us to propel into the twenty-first century and beyond.

Should Healthcare Be Paid For By Corporations or Government?

photo of a distinguished older gentleman

Wisdom lost through the ages, common sense is no longer common.

The debate goes on, should the government be responsible for providing our health care?

There are many arguments for and against national healthcare.

At one time, everyone was responsible for their own health, there was no insurance. In that day and age, medical care was a lot less expensive than it is today, even taking into account the rate of inflation over the years.

The rise in cost has in part is because of all the new technology available today, but to a large degree, the rising cost is due to increased demand.

Because of the change in our national mentality, in a large part due to negotiated union contracts, everyone thinks their health care is free. Most have come to believe it is a right, a right no one pays for.

I’m a firm believer that affordable healthcare should be available to everyone.

However, because of the present system, very few people realize the cost of health care, and because it is presumably free to them, they go to the doctor for every little sniffle they get. Many visits are unnecessary and costly. People go to the emergency room for a skinned knee, or a splinter in their hand, these emergencies could be taken care of at home.

It has become “fashionable” to go to the emergency room.

Health insurance should be paid for by the individual. If each individual was responsible for their healthcare, they would become more knowledgeable on what “works” and what doesn’t.

Most companies that provide health insurance allocate a certain amount of wages for the payment of benefits including health insurance, whether they tell the employee or not.

The individual employee should be made aware of this, that money should be allocated to the individual so they can purchase their health care on an individual basis.

Thereby eliminating any corporate influence the company could exert on the insurance company, and it would open the insurance industry to more competition, that is always a good thing.

That would enable the individual to have more control over his health and ensure his right to have or not have insurance.

In some cases, when both spouses work and are covered by their individual company insurance,  both companies are providing and paying for health insurance and only one health plan is needed.

Therefore, money is wasted by the couple because they don’t use the insurance provided by one company. If the money was allocated to the employee, he or she could decide how to best use the money in a way that would benefit the couple instead of the money being flushed down the drain.

It would make the individual more responsible for his own health and welfare, and it would be his choice to have or not have health insurance.

If he chooses not to have health insurance, then he would be responsible for any charges incurred, and pay the consequences for not having insurance.

By cutting down on the demand by eliminating people going to a doctor or emergency room unless necessary, then the cost would naturally come down, and people would find the alternative, less expensive, better forms of treatment.

Of course, there will always be an element of society who are unable to care for themselves and they should be provided for, but there are far too many people abusing the system.

The only way to prevent that is for people to be in charge of their own health.  Regardless of what you believe, no one, including the government will look after you like you will.

This is America, our country was founded on the idea of the individual being able to make his or her own choices concerning how to run their lives, it’s time we returned to those ideals and get government out of life management.

Our Country was Founded on the Belief in Personal Freedom

Our country wasn’t founded on socialist ideals.

Unlike Europe, we believe in individual freedom and freedom of choice. Our ancestors all migrated so they could practice not only religious freedom but freedom of choice in all areas of their life.

We as a country, or at one time we  believed in individual responsibility.

More and more people are losing the concept of this and more and more are letting the government make all of their life decisions.  Why would a normal thinking human being allow that to happen? This is the same government that couldn’t organize a two-car funeral.

No one can determine what is best for you, but yourself.  It would be bad enough if elected officials were determining our fate, but we are now beginning to have unelected bureaucrats in Washington run our lives.

photo of a distinguished older gentleman

Wisdom lost through the ages, common sense is no longer common.

When it comes to healthcare the bureaucrats are deciding what is best for us instead of our doctor or ourselves.

When the government finally totally takes over our health care system, they will control one-sixth of our lives. Just with that one action alone. Is that what we really want?

We Americans are headed down a dangerous slope. The only way off the decline is for us to once again take control of our lives.

When it comes to health care, in many instances, we can heal ourselves. There are many natural cures that should and can be tried before resorting to unnatural and unhealthy prescription drugs. Because of the adverse side effects, both known and unknown, they should be avoided like the plague, if at all possible.

Proper diet and exercise would go a long way to prolonging our life. In today’s world, it is often difficult to find good nutritious food. Our soils have in many cases, the soil has been depleted and food processing takes many of the vitamins and nutrients out of our food supply.

Our only recourse it to take good vitamin and mineral supplements to replace the nutrients no longer available to us in our food supply.

If something is broken, like a leg, go to the doctor and get it fixed, for many other diseases, the are better alternatives than prescription medicine.

From what I have seen and heard, socialized medicine isn’t why Europeans are living longer if indeed they are.

Most countries with socialized medicine see long waiting lists for service and medicine, and that is already beginning to  happen in America.

In the final analysis, I don’t want the government to run my life, maybe you do. If you do there are plenty of countries where you can make that happen, it doesn’t need to be a reality in the United States.

If someone screws up my life, I want it to be me , not some bureaucrat in a far off office cubicle. I kind of like freedom, that’s why my ancestors moved here.

That’s a choice each individual needs to make for themselves.

Adrenal Fatigue

Sell Art Online

There is a little-known disease that I feel a lot of people are suffering from, especially baby boomers.

It doesn’t  show up on a standard physical we all take once we get on medicare or other health plans. It doesn’t rear it’s ugly head on a blood test. They only way it can be discovered is with a saliva test, or by muscle testing done by an alternative medicine provider.

Because of the stress filled lives most people lead, sooner or later the adrenals give out and no longer will provide the adrenaline needed to perform our daily functions.

The adrenals provide adrenaline so we can have the necessary energy to escape sudden danger or peril. In days of old, lives were a lot simpler and a bear or Indian attack only came occasionally.

In today’s world, we are constantly under stress, from morning to night every day of the week. This constant stress puts undue stress on the adrenals and after years of abuse they are no longer able to function properly. The result can be fatigue, loss of motivation, and many other symptoms.

Fortunately, adrenal fatigue is easy to cure.

First on the agenda is getting proper rest. A restful sleep of eight hours does wonders, sleeping at the proper hours, 10 PM until 6 or 7 AM.

A proper diet, eliminating sugars, alcohol, and carbohydrates is a must.

Proper exercise. Moderate exercise three times a week will increase your stamina and eliminate toxins from the body.

I tried various herbs designed for this condition and they helped tremendously.  Stress Care from a company called NOW, helped me tremendously.

But what helped the most were Essential Oils from Young Living

Rubbing a mixture of   Rosemary, Nutmeg, and Clove to my back over the adrenals provided the best help. I can now function normally if I maintain a lifestyle of someone over 50 instead of someone under 30.

baby boomers

Each generation from the beginning of our country has contributed to what our country has become. By the same token, no one is perfect. Consequently, each generation has done and will continue to perform acts that it would have been better if some other course of action was taken.
The baby boomers have contributed much and have been blamed for the decline of America. What is the true story?

Speaking English

Here’s the final word on nutrition and health. It’s a relief to know the
truth after all those conflicting medical studies.

The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the
British or Americans.

The French eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks
than the British or Americans.

The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart
attacks than the British or Americans.

The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and also suffer
fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

CONCLUSION:
Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what
kills you.

The wisdom of our ancestors

Adrenal Fatigue

Several years ago , my life became very stressful, many life changing events seemed to be happening at the same time, and not only was I working ten to twelve hours a day, but after I returned home for the day, I would spend a couple of hours on the phone with either attorneys or credit card companies.

After spending many years, like a lot of Americans in today’s society in stressful occupations, it began to take it’s toll. After that period of time passed, I felt as though I was completely burned out, I no longer had a desire to participate in today’s world, I felt like just coasting through life.

I never realized it at the time, I was still rather active for my age, and assumed what I was feeling was just a result of getting older. I didn’t feel sick ,just not as ambitious as I once was.

As I approached seventy, it seemed to get worse, and although when I went for a check up nothing showed up as if there was anything wrong with my health, I just needed more sleep and the slightest stress completely wore me out.

On day my chiropractor mentioned something about adrenal fatigue, something I had never heard of. He explained that when people lead stressful lives, the adrenals are continuously pumping out adrenaline to compensate. The adrenals control every function in our body and can become overworked.

With the stresses in today’s world, where there is always some kind of crisis, sooner or later the adrenals rebel and just won’t supply all the adrenaline that is needed to maintain our bodies in a normal manner.  Soon we begin to feel tired, aches and pains begin to surface and other physical symptoms can appear. It can happen gradually, so many times we never even notice we aren’t feeling good, and there are no acute symptoms, so what’s to worry?

On our chiropractor’s recommendation, we stopped at the health food store and bought some adrenal support pills on the way home. I figured it couldn’t hurt anything and they were only twenty bucks.

It was the first of December, so it was time to put up the Christmas decorations. After taking two of the pills , I headed out the door to perform my duties. Much to my surprise, twenty minutes later , I began to feel much better! It was almost instantly, I could feel my legs and body begin to change, the tiredness I didn’t even know I had was disappearing, soon I was feeling better than I had for 30 years, more energy, no subtle pain in my back and legs , it seemed my sinuses and allergies were even getting better.

I never realized how bad I had felt the last several years, I began to feel like I had the energy of a thirty year old, procrastination went out the window. I now have the energy to do many things I have been wanting to do for years, but never seemed to find the time.

So much for doctors, it’s time we decided to chart our own course and determine what measures we need to take to take care of our own health and not let some bureaucrat in Washington do it.
