The portals of Sedona, one person’s experience at the Vortex.

Written by Gary Wonning

People experience many different types of phenomena when visiting Sedona, some experience automatic writing, past lives, some see Indian spirits, UFO’s, E.T.s, just about anything imaginable. The vortex power seems to increase the psychic abilities of almost everyone who stays here for any period.

Passing Thru the Light Into Another World

Written by Gary Wonning

When many think of dying, they get as nervous as a longtailed cat under a rocking chair.

The thought of the unknown, and of losing their earthly mode of transportation scares the daylights out of them.

From what we can learn from those who have gone before we find there really is nothing to fear.

Passing over can be very calming and pleasant, and as Winston Churchill once said, We have nothing to fear, but fear itself.”

When we pass from one dimension to another, what is often referred to by those on the physical plane as death,  we pass through what many who have had a near-death experience as a tunnel leading to a white light.

Many have described passing past the sun and it gets very hot on their way to the afterlife. This may coincide with the ancient Egyptian belief in a sun God. Where they met with Ra upon death.

The heat is just an illusion, as we pass through the light we, as humans envision it as being the sun.

After passing through this light we get to where we need to go. The light reflects into the darkness and radiates unique and fascinating colors, very beautiful to our soul.

It is a beautiful nothingness, after passing this we enter the afterlife, and observe the radiant tree of life, the river of life and the waterfall.

It is here we meet our fellow souls, the ones with whom we have traveled countless lifetimes with and with whom we will spend countless existences in the future.

It is here we will contemplate our previous earthly existence, what we learned from our trials and tribulations while on the physical plane and how we can best advance our soul growth and what we need to experience in our next adventure on earth, or wherever else we may choose to travel.

After a time, we consult with the council, other souls we have traveled with, various angels and guides who are always ready and able to assist us in our spiritual path.

It is through this council and our own free will and accord that we decide the next best plan for us to pursue and how it can aid us in reaching our ultimate goal, reuniting with our creator.

With Faith and understanding, passing through the light can be as easy as a grasshopper leaping over a caterpillar.

What is Vortex Energy?

Written by Gary Wonning

A vortex is the funnel shape created by the motion of spiraling energy.

Familiar examples of vortex shapes are whirlwinds, tornadoes, and water going down a drain. A vortex is composed of anything that flows, such as wind, water, or electricity.

The vortexes in Sedona are swirling centers of magnetic and electromagnetic energy coming from under the surface of the earth.

There are four main energy vortexes in Sedona.

The subtle energy that exists at these locations interacts with the magnetic and electromagnetic energies of the individual soul and often times creates paranormal experiences for those who are sensitive to them.

This resonance happens because the vortex energy is very similar to the subtle energy operating in the energy centers inside each person. If you are a sensitive person, you will feel the energy, whether or not you are aware of being at a vortex.

Sedona: My First Encounter With Bell Rock

Written by Gary Wonning

An excerpt from my book, The Portals of Sedona.

Soon we approached the Hwy 179 exit and began driving towards Sedona.  Suddenly, rounding a mountain, in clear view directly in front of us was a large red rock that looked like a bell.

I remember her saying something about it being Bell Rock, Well, that makes sense since it looks like a bell.

For whatever reason, I began to feel light headed, extremely hungry, and disoriented.

This is crazy, I just ate a big breakfast two hours ago, and I can’t be hungry. I continued looking at Bell Rock and the feelings intensified.

I stopped the car just short of Bell Rock for some photos of this captivating rock. I was extremely hungry and making an effort to stay grounded, I ate everything Emma brought from home, and I was still hungry.

The journey was just beginning.

Written by Gary Wonning

The mysteries of Sedona are endless, and the stories never end,  it sees  everyone has an account of something mysterious that they saw or were a part of while in Sedona.

Roaming the streets and trails of the area, you feel as if you could have an encounter at any moment. There certainly is magic in the air.

There may be a logical explanation for them, but black Apache helicopters are constantly at the small airport on Airport Mesa.

The Apache helicopters are manufactured in nearby Mesa Arizona and could just be on a test run, but, military personnel always man them, so you often wonder what they are doing here, especially with all the paranormal activity that is associated with Sedona.
