The Meaning of Life

Written by: Gary Wonning

The Meaning of life

I’ve traveled to various sacred sites all over the world, talked to Aboriginal elders, Maya Shamans, Native American shamans, psychics, hypnotists, and sometimes I don’t think I know any more about the meaning of life than anyone else. It seems as though it really doesn’t matter how much we know, or the visions we get, no one really knows what is going to happen next. One may know something is going to happen sooner or later, but we normally don’t know when or all of the details of the event.

Many times the final outcome is far different than we imagine or could even dream about. I have found many times, the final outcome, if left to the wishes of our Higher Self is far better than we could ever assume.

We, as human beings normally have a pretty narrow and limited vision of the possibilities of the soul. When a thought comes to us, we normally try to rationalize and determine how it relates to the reality we know not letting our inner guidance have anything to say about it. When we let our inner knowledge and the God Source determine the course to follow, the results are much more positive.

It’s An Individual Experience

Written By: Gary Wonning

If the alien life form entered our reality, they would be visible to all who are near us. This very often is just not the case. The encounter is normally an individual event or one experienced by only a few people, not large masses. Thus, these encounters,as well as all things of a spiritual nature are a matter of personal evolvement and enlightenment and as such are not seen or experienced by the masses, except in  rare instances.

I feel, that many times, we as individuals enter into another dimension or reality while those around us do not, thus we experience the event while those around us don’t.

Accepting New Realities

Written By: Gary Wonning

It is said every time we make a decision in life, be it a small decision such as buying a hot fudge sundae or changing our life completely, there is an alternate reality where we are living our life based on the decision we didn’t make.

To access these realities, we only need to focus on them and they enter our life. Most of the time this is done subconsciously as most of us don’t possess the ability or desire to enter different dimensions. We have enough to deal with in this reality.

Occasionally something “bleeds” through and we encounter beings from other dimensions and are at a loss as to how this could be, it normally is beyond our understanding and what we have been taught to believe. We may contemplate it for a while but the event is soon to be forgotten and only occasionally remembered.

I believe these particular events are gentle reminders from our own consciousness to help us remember there is more to life than the reality we are living in the present. Many times these events come about when an individual or group of individuals are about to engage some form of spiritual or religious experience, such as going to church or praying. That fact leads me to believe the mind has to be in a certain state of consciousness for the event to come about.

A journey of spiritual discovery

When these situations come upon us, we humans need to examine why it came about and begin to understand the possibility of there being alternate realities and universes. Many times fear or the unwillingness to go beyond what we have been taught keeps us from researching it further. Researching the event can alter our religious beliefs and thus can be very scary.

The sunsets behind the Egyptian sphinx

What we have been taught spiritually forms our whole basic belief system and to change that can tear at our very soul. There is a basic human thought that to change our beliefs is to destroy our self. Nothing can be farther from the truth, to alter our beliefs only adds to and complements what we already believe and should make our values stronger.

The Passing of Kenny

Photography Prints

Kenny had been a friend since high school, I first met him at the beginning of my sophomore year when he started attending the same high school as I did. We both enjoyed basketball and spent many hours shooting hoops.

We soon developed a friendship and even though he was a year younger than I, our paths crossed often. He had several brothers and sisters and they all were some of the nicest people I had ever known.

After high school, we stayed in touch and even worked at the same company for a while, carpooling to and from work when we were on the same shift.
This was at  the height of the Vietnam War, so we both joined the Air Force Reserve and thus we spent time together on weekends defending our country.

We both married, had kids and our families enjoyed many social events together.

As the Vietnam War continued, our Air Force Wing was activated prior to the Tet offensive and we were scheduled to leave the first week of May in 1968. However, three days before our departure, I was deactivated and didn’t go to Vietnam, however Kenny and a lot of my friends did.

They were relatively safe,  stationed in DaNang, they saw little action and all returned home safely. After returning home, life resumed as normal.
Kenny still enjoyed playing basketball and thus played in a league once a week.

A few years later, he developed a condition where his lower lip suddenly became numb, and soon the condition was spreading into other parts of his body. At first they attributed it to him taking a blow to the mouth during a basketball game, and later the thought was that he may have been exposed to agent orange in Vietnam, to my knowledge there was no evidence of that ever found.

Soon he was diagnosed with ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease, named after the famous hall of fame baseball player who had contracted the same disease many years previous. Kenny’s condition deteriorated rapidly and it was soon realized he would not recover.

Having a family of 6 children, this was difficult, and every day you could see him deteriorating. After a time, he could no longer speak and had to communicate with a pencil and paper, his writing was getting worse and after a while it was hard to read his messages.

Through all of this I never heard him complain or feel sorry for himself  once, he always had a smile on his face. The last time I saw him, he was still the same old Kenny, taking life as it came and smiling.

masonic

I belonged to the Masonic Lodge, and Kenny, being Catholic was a faithful member of the Knights of Columbus, and often times our conversations would turn to one of those fine organizations.

After a time, the inevitable occurred.  At the time of Kenny’s passing, I was in Batesville across from the Knights of Columbus building when suddenly I heard a voice  coming from the second story of the K of C building .  I turned and looked that way, and there was Kenny, sitting on the window ledge shouting and waving, “I’m here.”

When I returned home that night, there was a message on my voicemail telling me Kenny had passed away at about the same time I saw him on the ledge.

Rest in Peace, Kenny.

church and state

There has been much debate over the years about what the founding fathers meant about the separation of church and state. In recent times there has been much disinformation about how they actually believed, especially George Washington. In this short Ebook the author tries to explain how they actually felt.

The Seven Chakras and the Seven Spanish Angels

Written by; The Bashful Country Boy

During the late 1980’s and early 90’s the song Seven Spanish Angels was a popular country song, sung by Ray Charles and Willie Nelson. It always seemed to have spiritual connotations and whenever I heard it being sung
,something of a supernatural nature was about to occur.

Sphinx at sunset

I never really understood what it all meant and had no idea what was referred to as the Seven Spanish Angels. At that time , before the internet and Google is was difficult to find any information on a subject of this type.

In today’s world, information is much easier to come by, and it seems as if more and more information is becoming readily  available. It’s either because I am becoming more receptive to it and my growth has advanced to a level where I can more easily understand it, or it may be because we are approaching the end of 2012 and the channels are opening, or it
could be and probably is a combination of both.

The return of Christ is symbolic of our return to Christ Consciousness. It alludes to a spiritual revolution within ourself whereby we learn to open our seven chakras or seven seals. They represent the seven levels of man’s development that must be purified before the trumpets are sounded and the seals are opened.

Thu, the Seven Spanish Angels are symbolic of the seven seals or seven chakras that must be opened. When the seals are opened the Seven Spanish Angels will carry us home.

Man needs to clear and open the seven chakras of the body in order to transcend to the fourth and higher dimensions.

The chakras are in the shape of trumpets and are energy vortices that run in  front of as well as behind the individual physical body. The back chakras represent our past and the front ,our future. Most of us have cleared our front chakras, but much work needs to be done on the back chakras, or our past.

The first chakra is the root chakra and deals with overcoming fear and trust issues and staying grounded. These are our basic instincts and deal with survival.

The second chakra is the chakra dealing with sexual energy and sacredness, balancing energy and controlling our emotions.

The third or Solar Plexus chakra where we learn to release the desire to control every situation and person in our life. Once this dimension is mastered we no longer feel we need to control everyone and everything.

The Heart Chakra: or 4th Dimension:  is where we learn self love and love for others. We learn to set healthy boundaries and maintain a balance of giving and receiving and realize everything serves a purpose and we become more nonjudgmental.

The  Throat Chakra: 5th Dimension: deals with our integrity and we learn to be truthful, act with integrity and become more loving  using words to convey our feelings in a more compassionate way, and by doing so our listening skills increase dramatically.

The Spiritual Eye Chakra: 6th Dimension: By opening our third eye chakra we increase our ability to be more discerning  and we become able to see more clearly and are able to access truth, intuitiveness and become more sensitive to the divinity of others, while being open also to negativity others may send our way.

The 7th Crown Chakra: The crown chakra  enables us to be in this world, but not bound to it, by it we are able to transcend our physical bodies and unite with all that is Holy and reunite with our Christ Consciousness. By it we move into Self Mastery and become more Christ like ,which enables us to perform the deeds Christ himself performed.

This is where the healing needs to take place so we can thus raise ourselves from the “dead”. Thus we will be raised in Christ and be reborn intothe Christ Consciousness.

There are procedures which can be implemented to advance our spiritual growth. The first and most important is prayer. We need spiritual guidance to assist us in determining the proper path we need to follow.

We don’t know the way if the wisdom of a higher source isn’t consulted, when we open ourselves to universal knowledge, we are only consulting our Higher Self or our Christ Consciousness, the knowledge of all things is within us, all we need to do is quiet the mind and listen.

We do that by praying and meditating. Prayer will guide us if we only listen and leave our minds open to all possibilities and paths of enlightenment.

At this period of time in the history of man, there is probably more individual searching being done into the theories behind the origin of the human race, what happens after death, the possibility of life on other planets, and what our relationship is to these life forms, if they do exist. There are millions of people who are questioning the existence of God, who he really is, and what is my relationship with him? Is he someone who mysteriously floats around on a cloud watching and judging us from above like some bigger than life Santa Claus, or is he, like many of the esoteric sciences claim, a part of our inner Self, whom we have constant contact with, someone whom we and everything in the universe are connected and are thus one? Each of us in our own way is experiencing what God is, and thus we are each a part of God, thus we are God! This book is a brief account of my search for my own truth

Alternate Realities and the Moose

Written by: The Bashful Country Boy

The thought of a parallel universe is far beyond the comprehension of many
people. However, this could answer some of mankind’s oldest questions.

Many times people see objects or beings that are in fact unexplainable as to
how they could be where they are seen. Many times these beings come and
go in an instant, even before we consciously realize or can comprehend
what we have just seen.

Have you ever tried to explain one of these events to a friend? I’m sure in most cases, your friend was ready to have you committed. It is my firm belief these events do take place, there have just been too many of them
for it to be  a figment of one’s imagination. Taking into consideration there is many times physical evidence of the encounter makes it hard to explain it away.

Several years ago , I experienced one such event. It all began as I was driving to work one cold snowy Indiana morning, and as is normally the case, it was over before I had a chance to fully realize what had occurred.

I had traveled down this particular road many , many times, it was near where I lived and was a popular route for many people to travel from one
town to another.  Because of the familiarity and remote nature of the drive, one’s mind could easily drift off in thought. Such was the case this morning, hardly thinking about where I was or what I was doing, I approached a familiar stop sign.

Thinking more about the cold and dreary workday ahead of me than my current surroundings, I prepared to turn on the approaching road and proceed to work. As I looked to my right at a snow covered bank along the road, I suddenly saw a  rather large moose awkwardly climbing up the hill.

This got my attention as I had never seen a real live moose before , they are by no stretch of the imagination a native species of Indiana. The closest animal to a moose found in these parts would be a deer, but this was no deer. The moose was at least three times larger than a deer and I have never seen a deer with antlers the size of the rack on this beast.

As the moose struggled to climb the hill I turned onto the coming road and soon lost sight of the animal. Not thinking to stop and observe, I continued on my way and never saw the visitor from another world again.

This was many years before I developed an interest in the paranormal and even though I thought about it occasionally,  I pretty much forgot about it. Thinking back it may have been a wake up call for me to investigate further the possibility of life in other dimensions .

I had often thought about the concept of alternate or a parallel universe. There are many ways they could exist and after studying the concept and from personal experience, I am convinced they do indeed exist.

Some of the parallel universes are many, many light years away, however even those as well as many of the more common are here with us now, existing along side our daily lives. The reason we don’t observe them is they are operating at a different vibrational rate than we living in the
third dimension .

I often liken it to tuning a radio, even though a radio can play many different formats, the only one we can hear is the particular station we are tuned into. So it is with alternate universes, the only one we observe is the one we are tuned into and operating at the same frequency
.

When we observe something like the moose or another extraterrestrial form, it means we have  some how accessed a path to an alternate reality. I feel we are the ones doing this and not the entity, as one can observe the alternate dimension while someone sitting next to us sees nothing.

If the alien life form entered our reality, they would be visible to all who are near us. This very often is not the case. The encounter is normally an individual event or one experienced by only a few people, not large masses. Thus, these encounters as well as all things of a spiritual nature are a matter of personal evolvement and enlightenment and as such are not seen or experienced by the masses.

What is the Definition of Paranormal?

YOUR PARANORMAL ONLINE STORE

Paranormal is a generic term used to describe unusual phenomena or other experiences that lack an obvious explanation. Used in the field of parapsychology it can be used to describe telepathy, ESP, ghosts, UFO’s, past lives, psychic healing and a large variety of other fields.

Explaining or proving paranormal activities is difficult because there normally is no proof it actually exists, although the experiences appear to be very real. As the experiences exist outside the realm of conventional norms, skeptics contend they don’t exist at all. Maybe they don’t, maybe they are a figment of our imagination, but my contentions is that all of life is a figment of our imagination. As the Australian Aborigines believe, we only dream up the life experience we are having. When you get right down to it, there is no evidence that we exist at all, we have photos and written accounts, both of which as we have seen can be altered or made up completely. Our associates and family know us, but what if they are no longer living, what solid proof is there that we ever existed at all?

By the time we pass on we all have large amounts of written evidence  concerning our lives, the reliability is based solely on the memory of the writer, so due to that fact, it really is not much more reliable than written evidence concerning paranormal activity.

Parapsychologists look for quantitative evidence of the paranormal, most people that become involved, immense themselves in participant research where they actually experience the events themselves. This is normally engaged in because of some experiences they have encountered, normally through no conscious effort on their part.

Batteries.com Clearance Center

We each experience our own reality, two people observing the same conscious event, rather it be a sporting event, natural disaster or whatever, will have a slightly different account of what occurred.

Therefore no one else can really say what we experience or don’t experience. This fact alone , makes it extremely difficult for any one to prove or disprove what actually happened.
