Every time a tragedy strikes and seemingly people are killed needlessly, people ask why are innocent people killed in their prime of life?
It seems so unfair when good people die young and others who have led far less than a stellar life are allowed to live out their lives being a total pain in the neck to the rest of us.
Why do things like this happen? Where is God?
Many just resign themselves to thinking it is fate and question it no farther. They spend a few days mourning and remembering and then go on with their lives.
There are many people who want an answer beyond the standard answer, “It’s God’s Will.“
I always wondered why it was God’s Will that I should endure some hardship and the guy next to me had an easy go of it. It never made sense, for life to be fair shouldn’t we all have to endure the same hardships and enjoy equal luxuries?
Does God have a grudge against me?
Even the old saying, God never gives you more than you can handle just didn’t cut it.
I’ve been fortunate in life in that my issues have been a lot less than most, but I still wondered.
I finally asked God to provide me with answers, answers that would satisfy my need for my truth.
The only solution I have ever discovered to justify it all is the theory of each and every soul lives many lives in many different circumstances whereby the soul could grow and understand its own existence.
That would provide, to me, a logical reason for all the seemingly inequities in life. That would be why some have a better and easier life than others.
Of course, there is the matter of people making bad choices and having to live with the consequences but that doesn’t explain why some people are born into less than favorable situations when they haven’t had a chance to make any decisions on the human plane.
Reincarnation, or the possibility that we each live in some sort of preexistence where we either do good deeds or not could explain a lot. If we live less than a stellar life we build up karma that needs to be satisfied at another time. This would explain why some people need to suffer the hardships they do. It is their way of paying back for something they would have been better off not doing at a previous time.
It provides a learning experience for each and every soul to advance up the karmic latter that reaches to the Celestial Kingdom.
At least, that is how I look at it.

At this period of time in the history of man, there is probably more individual searching being done into the theories behind the origin of the human race, what happens after death, the possibility of life on other planets, and what our relationship is to these life forms, if they do exist. There are millions of people who are questioning the existence of God, who he really is, and what is my relationship with him? Is he someone who mysteriously floats around on a cloud watching and judging us from above like some bigger than life Santa Claus, or is he, like many of the esoteric sciences claim, a part of our inner Self, whom we have constant contact with, someone whom we and everything in the universe are connected and are thus one? Each of us in our own way is experiencing what God is, and thus we are each a part of God, thus we are God! This book is a brief account of my search for my own truth as I know it today, everything stated actually happened, according to my own perception. It has been an exciting search, at times very frustrating, very rewarding, and above all, very fulfilling. My main purpose in writing this book is to show that anyone, even a bashful unfamous country boy can have these awakenings, you don’t have to be rich or well-known to find your connection to Divine Source.
