There has been a lot of talk about red and blue states. Some seem to think that because more people are moving to conservative states from blue states that it will change the demographics and create more conservative votes.
Not going to happen, when people move to conservative states because where they’re moving from has become unlivable due to crime, high taxes and loss of business and employment because of excessive regulation, they bring their values with them.
Most never stop to realize what has created the environment from whence they came. They go on believing liberalism is the wave of the future and it has nothing to do with the current state of affairs of the state or city they left. They blame it on a politician, instead of certain idea or policy.
Thus, they begin polluting the area they move to with their values that never work and before long their new local becomes as undesirable as where they came from. They seem to never learn.
A new trend has developed to try and combat this. Most socialists live in the urban areas, leaving the rural areas for one w with a more conservative bent.
As a result, several states have tried to secede from the union. This probably isn’t going to work for a number of reasons.
Now a new strategy has emerged, this is for localities such as counties to secede or attempt to join a neighboring state. There seems to be nothing illegal about this. This would be a way for people who have the same values to join together and to best suit the needs of each other, and would indeed create larger conservative states with more political influence. People who remain close to the earth have a greater understanding of nature and self-reliance than those living in urban areas.
Let the socialist wallow in their own lack of understanding about how life works, let them pay for their grandiose schemes to better humanity. Let them figure out their schemes don’t work without penalizing the rest of us. The socialists are studying life on Schoolhouse Earth and aren’t learning. Why should the rest of us continue to pay for their education when they aren’t learning anything?
Sooner or later they will realize that you can’t just keep throwing money at problems and giving people a free ride, sooner or later they will realize that each and every individual is responsible for their own destiny, no one can live their life for them. There are no free rides. No one can fix their lives, they must do it themselves, to do anything else is a huge waste of time, money, and resources.

There is an extreme shortage of common sense in today’s world, When looking back in history, I soon discovered this has always been a problem, Benjamin Franklin once said, ”Of all the senses, common sense seems to be the one that is used the least.” As obvious as it may seem, many seem to be totally oblivious to it. Most, if not all of the problems the world faces today could be solved if people would just sit back and think about what would seem to be the most obvious and simple solution to any issue. Often times people tend to overcomplicate the issues. I often think back to what my parents and grandparents believed and said, at the time I thought they were totally out of their mind and ignored it. I now wish I would have listened and followed their advice. It is now evident they were a lot smarter than we gave them credit for. Many times, in today’s world, the schools and universities can no longer be counted on to teach truth and values that will guide someone through life.
