Cooking dinner in the Outback

One of the best parts about knocking around the outback of Australia in a 24 passenger bus was the evening B-B-Q.What better way to end the day than some chicken on the barbie,washed down with couple of cold tinnies. The b-b-q would always become the gathering place as our master chef/driver, prepared the evening meal of either chicken, steaks, or shrimp. What a life! Sitting on an Eucalyptus stump, under the Southern Cross eating steak and sipping cold beer from a tinnie.Throw in some good story telling from a local bloke and some attractive sheilas and life is good!
Nothing to do after that but crawl into the swag and dream about tomorrow.
