This young boy is pretty indicative of how the aborigine people live today. Despite efforts made by the Australian government to help them enter the modern world, many aborigines today still live in the bush and carry on the traditions of early aborigine life. Many times the government gives them housing , but they still choose to sleep outside.
Even today, A Walkabout remains an important part of their life.
