Talk To Your Mate
I couldn't help but think, in the movie "Crocodile Dundee", Mick couldn't understand why it seemed like everyone in New York had a shrink, and why they paid good money to go see one when all he had to do was talk to his mate in Australia.
It seemed to him to be more sensible to just talk to someone than hire a paid listener.
When did we lose the ability to just talk to some one, I don't remember there even being "shrinks" before the 1970's when it became fashionable.
Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to learn.
